资讯媒体股成立于二零零三年的七月，主要是以资讯媒体与平面媒体双管齐下来确保华文学会与会员们保持最直接的联系。资讯媒体股所扮演的角色不单只是把华文学会的最新动向及讯息以平面媒体的形式带给会员们，而且也运用互联网，让外界人士有更多机会了解多媒体大学华文学会。资讯媒体股将会推出会讯，管理华文学会网页及论坛。除此之外，资讯媒体股也开办媒体培训班，主要目的是为了让会员们能够掌握更多的资讯学问，在同时，媒体培训班亦能拉进会员们与华文学会的距离。资讯媒体股也会有记者团与摄影团，以确保每项华文学会的活动能以最快的时间及顺利地报道让会员知道活动消息。会员们也可从参与活动中吸取宝贵经验，以及结交新朋友。
Information and Multimedia Division of Chinese Language Society (CLS), Multimedia University (Melaka Campus), also known as IMD, was established in July, 2003. IMD serves as a means to foster closer relationship between CLS and its members via information technology and multimedia elements. Aside from bringing in a host of latest information to its members, IMD is currently in the administration stream for CLS website in order to popularize and promote CLS among its members as well as to the public. Basically, IMD’s activities including the publishing of CLS Journal, monitoring the performance of CLS Website and forum as well as providing software learning class to the members or non-members.

•会讯
在每一学期会讯会出版一次。会讯的主要目的是让会员更了解周围发生的事物，报道最新和最近活动消息。借此让会员对华文学会三股一坊有更多地认识与了解。同时也希望把该股的意义与成果带给大家。此外，会讯内容也包括探讨时事课题。
•会刊
出版会刊主要目的是为了让会员了解华文学会一年内所举办的活动、行政以及发展。会刊主要内容包括年终活动检讨与报告、华文学会活动终结和意见专栏。会刊同时也能让会员培养写稿的兴趣，让会员投稿。
Newsletter
Newsletters publish once in every trimester. The purpose of publishing newsletter is to report the latest news and series activities in CLS. Besides that it also contain discussions about currently issue and the point of view related to the current news.

资讯媒体股成立于二零零三年的七月，主要是以资讯媒体与平面媒体双管齐下来确保华文学会与会员们保持最直接的联系。近年来，本股都有为对多媒体及电子有兴趣的会员举办类似性的媒体班，目的就是要让学生对电脑与多媒体的认识以及培养他们的多媒体才华。
Media Class
As to develop a sense of better understanding among the CLS members as well as the non-members towards the knowledge of computer, IMD is currently providing the software learning class. Hopefully, members could polish up their talents in media design and learn the skills in the matter of website maintenance throughout the media class.
•资讯媒体之旅
资讯媒体股举办资讯媒体之旅,目的是让各股员能从中增加知识，彼此交流以及增进感情。第一个地点将会到著名的报馆去参观，以让本股的记者团有机会见识真正的记者工作范围，以及了解整个报馆的操作。我们将会到本地的电视台去参观，以让参与本次活动的团员对电视台有更进一步的接触，以及了解电视台的工作环境。
Media Trip
IMD organizes media trip for those CLS members to visit to the Chinese Press manufacturing offices and broadcasting station. Through the trip, the members developed a basic knowledge on the career related to information and multimedia. They also got to know better about the working environment in both newspaper office and TV station.

Development of CLS website is designed and organized by IMD. This website provides the details and latest information about HICOM and series activities. A forum is provided to discuss and sharing information and experiences.
